In compliance with article 10 of the LSSI-CE (Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services), of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the following information is provided:

Purpose

RegistroViajero.com is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps tourist accommodation agencies in Spain comply with Royal Decree 933/2021, enabling the collection of traveler data, the management of lodging reports (“partes de hospedaje”), and the submission of communications to the SES.HOSPEDAJES platform of the Spanish Ministry of the Interior.

Intellectual property

All content on this website (texts, design, source code, logos, images, trademarks) is the property of the owner or its legitimate owners, and is protected by the applicable legislation on intellectual and industrial property.

Reproduction, distribution, or transformation without express authorization is prohibited.

Liability

The owner is not liable for:

  • Interruptions or technical failures of the service due to causes beyond its control.
  • The accuracy of the data entered by users or their guests.
  • Possible errors in communications with the SES.HOSPEDAJES platform arising from incorrect or incomplete data.

Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, both parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the owner’s domicile.
